My boyfriend and I were looking for an explorer for our company vehicle. We were very specific as far as color and trim level and Kyle was great at ensuring our needs were met. Being in sales ourselves we have to actually like our sales person and they need to be knowledgeable. He far exceeded our expectations, and was able to get us the vehicle we wanted. Their dealership is clean, professional and has a large selection. We even got to have a nice lunch while we were there. I will recommend Kyle and Omeara to friends, family and colleagues. Went shopping for a vehicle last week after a lot of internet research on what vehicle to go with. I traveled a ways to O'Meara and found a great knowledgeable staff including Kyle. I would recommend this dealer and salesperson to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Started out with a great experience. Sales people standing outside waiting to help you as soon as you pull into the lot. Impressive! Tyler (especially) and Joshua were very helpful and knowledgeable sales people. Had a nice test drive. Showroom is very nice as is the landscaping outside and especially in back. The problem started when we asked for the best price on a 2013 Ford Escape VIN #1FMCU9J94DUA71960. Salesman talked with sales manager for 5 to 10 minutes, came back and made us a great offer which we accepted. He went off to write it up. About 5 minutes later, sales manager #1 came over, Jason Maes, and said he was sorry but the price we agreed on couldn't be honored. Joshua had made a mistake somehow. We then negotiated in good faith with sales manager Jason Maes. Finally after a lot of back and forth with sales manager #1 we negotiated a reasonable deal and then had to finalize it with sales manager #2, Justin Chavez. Justin and I agreed on a price and shook hands. Salesman came back and wrote up the deal, took insurance information, driver's license copy, Patriot act info (we were paying cash) and credit card for the down payment. Wrote up the sales agreement and then asked us if we were completely satisfied and we honestly answered "with everything but the "misunderstanding" of the first price offered (salesman said he had been on vacation and the dealerships policy changed while he was gone) and length of time it took to get the deal done at the less favorable but reasonable price (two hours from start to finish of negotiation games). Then Justin Chavez, sales manager #2, came back and said that he won't sell a vehicle to any customer who won't answer completely satisfied to EVERY question on the Ford Customer Satisfaction Survey of the Dealership Experience! We now know how useful these surveys are - apparently the dealership earns money and allotments from Ford for a perfect score. My wife said she was less than thrilled with the negotiation time and misunderstanding and Justin Chavez then told us that since we were not 100% satisfied with our experience he would not honor the sale that we shook hands on and that he was going to shred the unsigned but filled out sales contract which unfortunately was still in his possession! We walked out without the car after two hours of "let's change the deal" by the “training” sales managers. What a waste of time and energy. I recommended you stay far, far away from this dealership based on our experience. ADDITIONAL WARNING - I see Justin Chavez is listed as their internet sales manager. More
I heard a strange noise from the suspension. Omeara charged me a 120 dollars to diagnose the problem and then told me I needed 1300 worth of repairs. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion charged me a 120 dollars to diagnose the problem and then told me I needed 1300 worth of repairs. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion. H said all I needed was an alignment. I then told him about Omearas recommendation. He showed me the parts that omeara said needed replaced. He explained why they didnt need to be replaced. he even showed me proof that Omeara had never even disassembled the parts they said that needed replaced. Omeara tried to steal 1300 dollars from me for no reason. The new mechanic aligned my car and rotated my tires and the problem has been solved. Later I talked with Brian Beardon, the service manager. He assured me we would get to the bottom of it. he also assured me his mechanics do not get a commission and have no incentive to pad a bill. He also told me he would refund my 120 dollars diagnostic fee. I feel better after talking with Brian but am not sure if I will take my vehicle back to Omear or not. I changed a few 1's to 3's on my ratings because of Mr. Beardon More
I have bad credit,and felt embarrassed, but I was treated with respect,my needs and wants were listened to and then options were given to me. Curtis and Mark gave GREAT customer service. I am a return customer and again, am very satisfied. These two, went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant experience and was completely satisfied bef return customer and again, am very satisfied. Curtis was very helpful in demonstrating how all of the vehicle options worked, and wanted to ensure that I had a complete understanding of all of the options before I left the Dealership. Curtis also gave me his personal cell phone number, in case I had any questions about my new vehicle, while he was either off or on vacation, I could call him. This is my second new purchase at this Dealership within the last 12 months, and when I am ready for another vehicle, I will return to this Dealership and hopefully be assisted by Curtis and Mark again. My salesman Tyler Alderson put to rest my negative thoughts of car salesman. He was honest, respectful and showed as much excitement about the cars I was interested in, as I did myself. Although I did not get my dream car today, I will be back. I will recommend O'Meara Ford and Tyler Alderson to all my family, friends, co-workers and anyone I meet.
