After spending about $2000 in trips to mechanics to diagnosis a problem I was having with my Ford focus and not knowing when I was going to stall out on the highway, I decided it was time to trade in t diagnosis a problem I was having with my Ford focus and not knowing when I was going to stall out on the highway, I decided it was time to trade in the focus. I was referred to Omera dealership by a family member whose parents had both bought a vehicle during the year. I went to the dealership and told Daniel what type of Ford I wanted and what I was able to do on monthly payments. He informed me I would not be able to gette year model I wanted, but they had just received a trade in that would possible fit my budget. I test drove the vehicle, it was just whatI wanted and the color really attracted me. Finances did work out and I am really pleased with the vehicle. I never felt like I was some dumb single blond walking thru the door without having a male with me to answer my questions. I called my son on the phone several times and Jason, the sales manager explained to him some of the things I did not understand to where I felt very comfortable that I was makeing the right position. Even months later,when something arises that I don't understand or can't find the info in the manual, I'll call Daniel or drop by the dealership and he will advise me or help me understand the procedure as there is quite a difference between the focus and an SUV. I just felt so comfortable buying this vehicle that I would go back to the dealership in a minute should I feel the need to get a newer vehicle and Daniel would be my salesman. More
