I purchased a Focus from O'Meara. I worked with Carlos and he was very knowledgeable, outgoing and did an outstanding job at making this a great experience. After spending about $2000 in trips to mechanics to diagnosis a problem I was having with my Ford focus and not knowing when I was going to stall out on the highway, I decided it was time to trade in t diagnosis a problem I was having with my Ford focus and not knowing when I was going to stall out on the highway, I decided it was time to trade in the focus. I was referred to Omera dealership by a family member whose parents had both bought a vehicle during the year. I went to the dealership and told Daniel what type of Ford I wanted and what I was able to do on monthly payments. He informed me I would not be able to gette year model I wanted, but they had just received a trade in that would possible fit my budget. I test drove the vehicle, it was just whatI wanted and the color really attracted me. Finances did work out and I am really pleased with the vehicle. I never felt like I was some dumb single blond walking thru the door without having a male with me to answer my questions. I called my son on the phone several times and Jason, the sales manager explained to him some of the things I did not understand to where I felt very comfortable that I was makeing the right position. Even months later,when something arises that I don't understand or can't find the info in the manual, I'll call Daniel or drop by the dealership and he will advise me or help me understand the procedure as there is quite a difference between the focus and an SUV. I just felt so comfortable buying this vehicle that I would go back to the dealership in a minute should I feel the need to get a newer vehicle and Daniel would be my salesman. More

I was having trouble with my car and needed a reliable car to go on a business trip. I went to the dealership looking for something dependable that was also affordable. I had Jared Maes as my salesperson, and he offered something to eat and drink while I looked around. The lot was huge, so we drove around while Jared gave us recommendations. I chose a Buick and actually met the man who had traded it in, and he told me about the servicing schedule and that he was very pleased with O'Meara's service and dependability. I chose the car based on his recommendation. I then met with Jason Maes, and he made the buying process very easy, and I was on my way. I got to my destination, 900 miles away, and was having some problems with the car, so I called Jared, and told him what was happening, and he called the Buick dealer in the town I was in, and set up an appointment for an inspection, and they found a problem with the engine, and paid to have it fixed!!! That was above and beyond the call of duty, and I was very pleased with the solution! I would recommend O'Meara to all my friends! More

I contacted Michael John through the internet. He was very helpful finding the truck I was looking for.
