From the very beginning, Daniel was great. He was very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. He listened to what I was looking for in a car, what I could afford, and what I wanted. There were some dings on my credit, but he helped reach the monthly payment that I needed to have. He's even been helpful with a slight issue after I drove off the lot (a ding in the paint that was missed) - he got it taken care of and covered in no time. Was very empressed with Mike Reid he was very friendly and honest, was able to find a great car that was within my price range, and afordable payments also with low miles. When looking, we were not pressured to buy and were able to test drive 4 cars even though they were all very similar. One of the cars we were pretty sure was out of our price range, but they were willing to to test drive 4 cars even though they were all very similar. While crunching the numbers to see if the car we'd picked was in our price range we suddenly realized how late it was and that our son, two and half years old, had not eaten. Freddy Mendoza was able to get the Deli shop inside the dealership to open and paid for our meal even though they had already closed!! This was BEFORE we had decided to purchase the car - EXCELLENT job! It made all the difference when we decided to purchase our car because of the time it took to complete paperwork and complete the trade-in of our car. When agreeing to a price, they were willing to negotiate on the price of the car we wanted and gave us the price we were looking for with the trade-in value of the car we'd arrived to the dealership in. We left with a used 2013 SUV and a payment we knew we could afford. The warranty we added was easy to understand and all our questions were answered before we signed on any paperwork. Because we hadn't expected to leave with a different car than what we arrived in, we didn't have the title for the trade-in. Thankfully, Freddy Mendoza was able to follow us back to our home and waited patiently while we retrieved the title and signed it over. This experience exceeded our expectations. Not only is O'Meara a dealership we know we can trust - in business for 100 years in fact - the customer service, care and attentiveness to our little family's needs - from determining if the car we chose was the right car for us to dinner for our toddler who couldn't wait - we can't imagine shopping for a car anywhere else. We'd been looking for a dealership we could trust and depend on for our current and future vehicle needs in Colorado since we moved here from Ohio, and we found it! More
