Horrible - Worst dealership ever!! Went to O'Meara looking for a used car and right from the start I knew I should have left. Before I could even get out of the car in the parking lot, Went to O'Meara looking for a used car and right from the start I knew I should have left. Before I could even get out of the car in the parking lot, I was attacked like Vultures to a dead carcass. Asked if I could just go look around and was asked to "come inside and see what you can afford". Again stated that I just wanted to look around first. The salesman was reluctant, but finally let me go look at the cars on the lot. Found a car and went for a test drive. Decided I liked the car and went in to discuss terms. Informed them that I was not looking to spend more than $500/month and not going to put down anything more than $1000. I have bought many cars in my life and told the salesman that I was not going to go through there "games" of negotiating. I again informed then that I did not want to pay more than $500/mo and of course the first offer they come back with was $700/mo. Told them to have a nice day and decided to leave. Was caught by the sales manager and told him why i was leaving. He informed me that he could make a deal with me with no problems. After waiting nearly 2 hours, he told me my credit was not good enough and that he could only get me into a cheaper car. I again told them to have a nice day and attempted to leave. When I got to my car, another salesman approached me and said that he was going to make it work for me and that the car would be mine for $510/Month. I said that was a deal and did the paperwork and left with my "new" car. 1 week later I was called back to the dealership stating that the deal actually wasn't done and that I would need to put more money down or get a co-signer. Asked them why it took a week to figure this out and did not get an answer. ( I always seemed to get the runaround when I needed a question answered) After all was said and done they increased my payment over $70. To make things worse I was driving home from the dealership and I got a flat tire. Took it back and they refused to fix it because it wasn't covered under the warranty (They did inform me that if I wanted them to fix it, they would have to replace all 4 tires - it was their policy). So not only did they lie to me they also attempted to scam me for another $1500. (I went to Discount Tire the next day and they replaced my one tire because the other tires were still within the parameters of not having to be replaced.) I Thought I was done with the nightmare, but after 45 days, I went to get plates and the paperwork wasn't submitted to the county yet. Called them and again no answer to my questions. Took another 30 days and intervention from the Clerk and Recorder to get my plates. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND I TRUST THAT NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER!!!!! More

First when you pull in the sales people police the parking spots, standing right at the top of the spot. So you are attacked as soon as you step out of your car. The man who met us didn't really bother to get to know us. He wanted to pin us down on how much we wanted to spend per month without even talking about the car. When we said we wanted to take the car for a spin he just ignored that request and went on about how we couldn't get out of the place for anything less than $500/mos. He didn't even ask how much we were willing to put down. We said we wanted to look around and he walked off without a word. This was the worst dealership experience we've ever had. It is a shame. I've loved Mustangs since I was a kid. He probably could have let the car sell itself but I never even got to test drive one and probably never will. Sad. More
Salesperson Mike England was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. He knew about different cars and pointed out different ones we might be interested in. My Mike England was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. He knew about different cars and pointed out different ones we might be interested in. My daughter was set on one kind of car and it was not on the lot. Mike was very sad that he was not able to help us. I will come back again if I ever need another car. Joan M More

I have never been treated so special and with such care to make sure I understood every detail. Gilbert went over all of the features several times to make sure I understood my new Hi Tech 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. Mike Miller went over the paperwork in great detail to make sure everything was to my understanding. All in all these guys are just the best. Thanks again Nadine More

Awful This dealership is awful. I think the woman we dealt with was named Sarah. She had no clue what she was talking about and was totally unprofessional This dealership is awful. I think the woman we dealt with was named Sarah. She had no clue what she was talking about and was totally unprofessional. We couldn't get out of there soon enough. She was rather insulting as well. She said "just like when you found your mate sure you were 80% satisfied so you should be happy settling for 80% in a car." I was stunned she said this to me in front of my mate. We went right back to Sill-TerHar and made a deal with Jeff. With as many ford dealerships as there are in this area you would think they would try harder to treat people with respect. More
BUYER BEWARE!!! O'Meara Ford made FALSE PROMISE to get us into the door! On 03/20/14, I called O'Meara Ford and spoke with Jim in internet sales. I asked him if he could match or beat another dealer get us into the door! On 03/20/14, I called O'Meara Ford and spoke with Jim in internet sales. I asked him if he could match or beat another dealership in the Denver area simply because I wanted a different color. I advised him that I was quoted $32,875 (MSRP $45,035) on a 2013 Ford F-150 XTL and $37,500 on my trade. He called me back later and advised me he would be able to make me a deal on a 2013 Ford F-150 XTL for $33,863 (MSRP $47,345) and quoted me $37,500 or better for my trade. He said, "I spoke to my used car manager and he said that he really wanted your trade." "He will give you $37,500 or better!" Jim advised me that he had three workers lined up to deal with me when I arrived. I spoke with Jim several times on the way to the dealership. After my 4 hour drive, I arrived at O'Meara Ford. I had just spoke to Jim about 15 minutes prior to arriving. Jim was conveniently already gone. No one knew anything about us coming in or the deal Jim had discussed with us. I spoke to Nick in sales. He was unaware of the situation. He advised sales manager, Mike Reid, of the situation. I asked Mike if I was going to get the truck I was quoted over the phone for the price I was quoted to include my trade. Mike said, "We will make it right even if we have to take the loss." Mike assured us several times they would make it right. After going back and forth several times with Mike, he presented us with a lower valued (lower msrp) truck and a low ball value on our trade (not what we were already quoted and this is a practically brand new trade with only 2200 miles on it). At that time Mike advised us that he didn't think the owner should lose money on a deal because of some "knucklehead" giving out numbers over the phone to customers. So again, he was telling us he would make it "right" but never did. He continued to keep us there for another hour, wasting our time. We DID NOT make a deal with this dealership and don't plan to in the future. Very shady business tactics to get you in the dealership! They will change the numbers and say they don't know how one of their employees came up with the numbers that were quoted. False hope, false promise... and they will repeatedly tell you they will make it "right" and they WON'T!!! Don't give this dealership the chance... not worth your GAS & most importantly your TIME!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! More
Purchased the car here in 2011 - Salesman was OK. Went to finance, very specific about wanting a 60 month finance. Finance man put in 72 months in small writing, but I caught it. Specifically asked for a to finance, very specific about wanting a 60 month finance. Finance man put in 72 months in small writing, but I caught it. Specifically asked for a Ford warranty - Finance guy sold me a private warranty that is only good at their dealership - didn't catch that. Paid cash instead of finance because the games were getting ridiculous. Second service had a tire rotation - Scratched my wheel during the service, although when confronted, they fixed it. Service advisors seem to all be pushy and have no patience. 50000 miles I came in with several complaints that would be covered under warranty. Advisor wrote quote of $320 and explained that is their diagnosis fee - but would be free IF the problems were found to be covered under warranty. Couldn't show advisor my issue because they took my car to a back lot. Told him I was waiting but car wasn't "diagnosed" for over 4 hours. Fixed issues under warranty, but guess what, chipped my wheel!!! Advisor called me and told me my cabin air filter was horribly dirty "as if it has never been changed" and he highly suggests changing it.. I told him that's funny, I changed it two weeks ago and it's brand new! "Well, uh, maybe my tech wanted me to ask you if you have or not." Came to the quicklane once, parked outside the garage but was told to pull in. Advised of a long wait but an O'Meara truck blocked me in and refused to move so I was stuck.. Will NEVER buy a Ford again. More
