I originally brought my car for a recalled piece and a tune up. Was told I would have my car the following day, which I verified via text. Turns out then they said Friday . The initial dealings were fine. But as soon as we had a deal, things started going poorly. We waited FOREVER for the finance guy to call us in. As I walked by his office, I noticed him texting on his cell phone!— he looked up, surprised & said he was “just about “ to come &!get us. Sure — Then I spent a lot of time arranging to get my bank to approve a debit transaction to cover the cash due (keeping them late to accommodate me) only to learn the amount to be charged was over OMEARAS rules (!?) Then we had to wait almost another hour to get our truck ready!! We thought it odd that our salesperson was responsible for detailing & fueling— but he was & he told us finding diesel was causing further delays — We made a great effort to meet the agreement to have the $$ ready (a cashiers check was the ONLY payment— they wouldn’t take our personal check or let us mail it, even tho I was going to have to mail our extra key from our trade in anyway). The agreed upon pickup of the check did NOT happen. My 92 year old Dad waited all day for the promised pick up —I had to call & ask AGAIN to have it picked up (as agreed upon). I was also pressured to sign a PRE- filled out satisfaction sheet stating all items had been handled to a “5”. The one item was saying we had our first service dates set which we did NOT, but the salesman said since we lived out of town, this didn’t matter(!?) I tried texting and calling to ask about this & NEVER got a response. We did like our salesperson, but he dropped us as soon as the paperwork was signed. Now, we’ve learned that we cannot get license plates bc our bill of sale states our truck is a gas engine & it is a diesel. The temp tag expires today. Titling told me ‘someone’ tried to call us, but didn’t get a response!!! Totally false. The dealership has our address, email & BOTH cell phones— NONE of which had any messages about this issue. And! Why not MAIL the new Bill of sale with instructions to sign a newBOS??? Now we’re looking at fines for late licensing & a reissue of a temporary tag — we are VERY disappointed how this dealership has let their responsibilities fall through the cracks for us. More

I’ve never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism. I never actually met my service rep. It was always his day off, in another department, running late, or just simply not around eve unprofessionalism. I never actually met my service rep. Was told it was ready to be picked up three different times. And never had satisfactory repairs done. I still have three free oil changes and won’t be using any of them at this dealership. Or any other services again. More
I got a car from this dealership in 2021 with James, he was amazing, but for a week I have been emailing the manager, finance services and no one has respond to my emails, I paid off my car and I had gap i was amazing, but for a week I have been emailing the manager, finance services and no one has respond to my emails, I paid off my car and I had gap insurance that I never used, to be honest is hard to find a good dealership where they really care about customers, once they do the sale they ignore you and here is to get my gap insurance money back(the one I paid and didnt used) and no answer so far, is very disappointed . I wont recommend this dealer or come back. More
