Horrible Integrity and Ethical Experience provided by your dealership. Took my 2016 buick enclave for an oil change and to have my starter replaced at Omera Buick/GMC in Westminster, CO. These servic your dealership. Took my 2016 buick enclave for an oil change and to have my starter replaced at Omera Buick/GMC in Westminster, CO. These serviced were performed. Next, Omera's service department recommended 2 additional maintenance issues that "were found." The first was, my "power steering pressure line was leaking and needed to be replaced" ($1,598.53). The second recommended issue was a, "leaking oil pan gasket"($4,359.53) Omera clearly tried to price gouge me by 3× the amount that it costs for an oil pan gasket. Also, the interior of my driver side door as well as the windshield molding, we're covered with your technician's greased hand prints. This alone shows the subpar consideration of someone else's vehicle. Trash your own, not mine. There's no INTEGRITY, whatsoever, with maybe a few employees, if not the whole service department, dealership AND company as a whole. I did take my vehicle to another repair shop for a second opinion. No Class I, CLASS II, nor CLASSIII leaks were found, as earlier stated by Omera. I'm a Disabled Combat Veteran, who is disgusted with your Company ethics and overall disappointed with the Fact of misleading and overcharging other customers past and future. My battle buddies of this Nation, which continue to defend so much, continue to fight and die in the name of the FREEDOMS, which you so easily abuse. Bought this Car in July with 9,XXX and went to take it on a trip in November around 13,XXX only to find out that we could not take it. The front tires had so much inside camber wear that it would be unsafe t a trip in November around 13,XXX only to find out that we could not take it. The front tires had so much inside camber wear that it would be unsafe to travel with it. I went to the dealership today 12/14/23 and gave them an opportunity to make it right. Mind you I haven’t even done a first oil change and the guy I spoke with said this is perfectly normal wear and tear. You would think that even after a few months the dealership would take care of you even if it’s several months later. I spent over 90K for this vehicle and wasn’t planning on spending more money on tires and an alignment this early. Probably will not be doing business with the Omeara brand anymore. More

This burned out my entire back up display, radio, weather, siris XM everything gone in a matter of seconds. Try checking all fuses. It is not the fuse. I am now with a car that is worth at least $1000 less than when I pulled onto the lot. Not wanting to take any accountability when trying to speak to Jason, one of the managers, will blow you off for up to two weeks and then give you a “diagnosis” still acting like it’s not their problem. I mean I was a returning customer and this is how you reply.? Mike is sales is special he actually tried to convince me that jumping a car and connecting it wrong, has nothing to do with electrical wiring lol whatttttt?? This is the kind of logical explanation he comes up with. and Jeff in service is a complete liar. He makes promises and deals over the phone and completely backs out Doesn’t return phone calls and talks over you as you’re trying to explain things to him but little does he know he admitted to the damage on his diagnosis paperwork. Your car will be held hostage for days BEFORE they even look at it Trying to super inconvenience you for being asked to do work on a car that they essentially ruined even though you have an appointment. You will be left on hold for 20 to 30 minutes per phone call. If you want your hard earned money, thrown away, this is the place to go to. They like to have family and friends make fake reviews To hide these truthful reviews, but mine will remain on top until my car is back to the way It was when I pulled in to that Buick lot. They will purposely misdiagnose your car and call it an 8 year old wiring issue? Crazy cause the entire unit was working when i got there. This will be also reported to the BBB This is what I get for returning for additional business. I leave with the one car I came with, but worth a xxxx of a lot less. More

Jarrod the finance manager put a 2 year warranty for $4000.00 which I didn't want. I confronted him and he said he canceled it. He refuses to email me the information he sent Cory. In headquarters. I think he didn't do it. I have spoken to every manager and they will not help. Omeara GMC is a joke. I'm going to contact Evan Omeara. I never received a carfax which I received from some other dealer. The carfax stated it was in a severe major accident. It should have never been sold to me and is major safety hazard. More
