Please verify for yourself to see if they keep few if any trades, most are sent immediately to auctions, where other dealers are looking to purchase below value and resell. You are much better off at a dealership that keeps its trade-in s and resells the vehicles themselves. Another thing, when you are dealing with salesperson's that are seasoned they will ultimately take advantage of you. I purchased new in 2004, then traded it in 2012, they offered less than half the blue book value, I then went to Premier and received 85% of fair value, that was 4000.00 difference. It pays to shop...they don't want your business, happy selling new out the door only and then gouging on service end as Chrysler has to reimburse for warranty and recalls, that is not a sustainable business model. Furthermore, they lack decent showroom, customer waiting area, available service, no loaners, and decency...it's like you're bothering them to be asking for help or service. Can't totally express my dissatisfaction as it would be a novel. I now buy from Kelly and Premier. Sorry O'Hara but come on its the year 2018, businesses reflect their ownership and this one's abissmal. More

He infor My Jeep Wrangler had two recalls by Jeep. So I went to O'Hara Motors were my Car was purchased and was meet by Joe Antosca-Service Advisor. He informed me since my letter was not an "Official Jeep" letter that it was of little value and had no meaning. Then having me wait and belittling me to the other Service Tech and customers in the waiting area he decided to looked up my VIN number on his "official" computer and to his disbelief my information was correct. On the day of dropped off I asked about a loaner so I could conduct my day. Again Joe Antosca came out of the Service area to inform that they have no loaner program ? That I should review my insurance policy to see if I have short term car rentals in it and to call my insurance company for a loaner. I called my first client and asked if they would kindly pick me up since I was wrong about a loaner vehicle while my car is in their shop for recalls. After Joe heard me rearranging my schedule he then informed me that they do have a shuttle service locally if I needed to be dropped off somewhere in town ?? Really ?? Belittling and Berating your customers. My relationship with O'Hara Motors is over. This is how I was treated 3 years after my warranty expired and with 2 "official" recalls by Jeep, Inc. More

I also refereed my friend to O'hara and he purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 4 x 4 from them. I decided on Jan 22, 2018 to trade my truck for an 2017 Ram 1500 4 x 4 Quad cab. The dealership searched for a truck I was looking for and located one. On Jan 23, 2018 the sales person told me before they go get the truck I have to come up sign the paper work, give a $500 deposit, so I went up later in the day and did so. At the time of signing paper work and giving my credit card for the deposit they told me they would go get the vehicle the following day. I told them I would be up the following day around 6 pm to pick up the vehicle. My friend and I arrived there and as I was putting my rear plate on my friend noticed a dent the size of a quarter above the rear window driver side cab corner. At that point I went over and checked it out and it was a defiantly a dent. I then told the sales manager Paul Mattis about the dent and that I wasn't happy nor was I going to buy a new truck with a dent in it. Paul said it wasn't a problem his guy would take care of the problem and fix it, I then said I didn't want a fixed truck to go find me another one. He then said that if I didn't want it then they would be stuck with a truck that they went to get for me, I refused the truck took my plate off it and said let me know what you plan on doing and I left. NOTE: I didn't have the keys to unlock the doors to look in it, didn't drive it, nor did I take possession of the vehicle at anytime. The following day I called Paul and asked if the was going to look for another truck for me and he said they haven't decided on what they were going to do and his boss wasn't going to be happy with him. I told Paul let me know as soon as you know. I never heard anything back from the dealership so I called Paul on Tue Jan 30, 2018 and asked him if he had any update for me. Paul told me the truck was fixed and cant even tell there was a dent there, they didn't fix it the way I thought they would have. I told Paul I still didn't want a truck that was fixed, If I wanted a truck that had a dent in it or had to be fixed I'd buy a used one! I asked Paul to see if the 2018 was available with the back up camera, I would get that one. Paul said well we'll be stuck with this one, I'll have to see if the other one is available. A couple of days went buy and I still hadn't heard back from Paul so I called the dealership again on Thurs Feb 1, 2018. After several attempts of trying to reach him he answered the phone. I asked him if the 2018 truck was available he said he didn't hear back from the dealership so it probably wasn't. I then asked him if he could call and check, Paul then said it doesn't pay to bother them their not going to jump through hoops for another dealership. I then asked Paul if he could search further out and he said they searched 300 miles and there wasn't nothing out there. so I said let me know if you find out anything. On Fri Feb 2, 2018 my friend and I drove to the dealership to get my $500 deposit back. I spoke with Paul and told him I would give my credit card so he could credit me back my $500 deposit , he then told me he wasn't going to do it. I then told hem that's illegal and he has to, he then stated no it's not. He then said we went up and got the truck for you and fixed a dent that was under a $100. I then told him It doesn't matter I didn't possess the vehicle and I want my $500 back. He then said he wasn't going to give it to me, so I said i was going to call the Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. Not giving me my deposit back is Larceny over $250 and is a Felony offense. If they did this to me, then how many other people have they done it to? . The Sales Manager Paul Mattis who refused to give me my deposit back should be terminated! More
Drive right by O'Hara Motors...don't even think of stopping Careful when dealing with this run down Jeep dealership Just looking at the building, I should have thought twice about dealing with them. The issue a Careful when dealing with this run down Jeep dealership Just looking at the building, I should have thought twice about dealing with them. The issue apparently lies with the part time owner, a Mr. O'Hara. I say part time, because he never is there when trying to talk to him. As I will explain, I should never have gone into the place at all. My first bad experience was doing an upgrade to the radio. When they did it, the radio was destroyed. They explained it was caused by the Jeep's new software. It took over month to get a radio that worked. it's interesting that when you fill out a survey that Jeep sends you concerning service, it apparently goes back to the dealer with your name on it. Everything went well with the next oil change. In fact, I actually think the service manager, Ron, is a very nice guy. He goes out of his way to help. Then, came the really poor experience. How many have had a new oil filter installed that was claimed to be defective? I got home after an oil change to see oil pouring out of the bottom of the car on to our garage floor. Ron came to the house to check it out. He explained that the filter was defective (from Mopar). He saw that the oil had sprayed all over the engine while I drove home, and then the oil poured onto the garbage floor. He came back and personally cleaned the floor. Then, I had to drive the car back to the dealership the next day. I waited well over two hours while they did the oil change again, and attempted to clean out the oil from the splattered engine. "Attempted" is because that night it again was dripping on the garage floor. Ron came again to clean it up. I, again, spent over two hours returning to the dealership for them to try and clean the engine. He even gave me a free oil change for the future, because of the continued aggravation. He then told me my complaint was only with Chrysler Jeep and Mopar. I filed a complaint with Chrysler Jeep, because I had concerns that the spill might have caused a future problem with our painted garbage floor, and Ron said his dealership would not file an insurance claim, as it would raise its premium (must have been the owner's O'Hara telling him that). So, Jeep got involved. It was decided that the dealer should do a complete (including engine) detailing of the car, as I requested. They would not do anything about the floor, itself. Plus, when I bring it in, the dealer could do the upgrade of a Jeep recall of its gearshift issue. It was not was confirmed for a day, as I had asked for a loaner car this time (and this dealer doesn't normally have one). in the interim, the car 's brakes are making a strange noise. I am wondering it the sprayed oil has effected them, too? Maybe a complaint with the Attorney General of MA is in order? Or, perhaps a lawsuit? Here's the clincher! Today, I received a call from Ron stating that Mr. O'Hara refuses to honor the agreement at his dealership. He explained that my review with Chrysler Jeep ( even though Ron said it was complimentary to the dealership), caused his dealership to be rated a 3 by Chrysler Jeep. He wouldn't service me ever. he even said the free oil change offer was rescinded. So, I rate them a one star, because there is no zero stars. I guess I should never have started with dealership that looks like it it is run down and should be rebuilt. I have a call into Jeep Corp. again. Who knows what they will do? I can only give them a poor rating, and hope to stop others from thinking of dealing with poorly run dealership again. More
We have dealt with this dealership for 3 different vehicles. All were priced very competitively. This dealer also has gone above and beyond to help with service and warranty issues. I will continue to vehicles. All were priced very competitively. This dealer also has gone above and beyond to help with service and warranty issues. I will continue to do my Jeep/Dodge business with O'Hara. Buying a vehicle from them is always simple and fast, with none of the headaches you expect when buying a vehicle. More
Paul at O'hara Dodge was not very truthful when dealing with my wife. After purchasing our vehicle I went back to go over the numbers and he said he only finalized the deal with my wife and didn't come up with my wife. After purchasing our vehicle I went back to go over the numbers and he said he only finalized the deal with my wife and didn't come up with the amounts. I later told my wife this and she said he was the only person she had dealt with. I gave him three business days to get back to me. It's been over two weeks without a phone call. He lied about the discount we were supposed to get through my employer. A difference of close to $1700.00 If you are thinking of buying a Dodge go somewhere else to buy it. A guy I work with also had issues with this dealership. I wish I had known his story first so I wouldn't have been screwed too. More
