This was my first time at O’Hara. Purchased a pre owned RAM at a great price and was given a great value for my trade-in. It was a quick, smooth process from start to finish. While I cleaned out my old RA RAM at a great price and was given a great value for my trade-in. It was a quick, smooth process from start to finish. While I cleaned out my old RAM, I was given a full tank of gas and the truck was given a final cleaning and detailing. I drove off in a truck that looked and ran like new. Thanks Tom. More
Scheduled an appointment online, was confirmed by "Lee" for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped by truck off and filled out the envelope with a request for a conventional oil and tire rotation and to for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped by truck off and filled out the envelope with a request for a conventional oil and tire rotation and to pick up around 1PM. Never received a call that it was ready. Came back to dealer at 430 to pick it up, they didn't do the tire rotation, "they missed it", and asked me to drop it off another day as they couldn't do it then. Went to drive away, drivers door, hood and interior covered in grease and oil. More
We had an appointment Dec. 1st gir a 4 wheel alignment due to 25k miles without one. They did fo a thorough drive train inspection and said everything looked good and gave Laura the paperwork to show what was done. This company goes out of it's way to ensure satisfaction every time we've been there...Robert was also there to add info on the service done and answered Laura's questions...unlike the local Hyannis Jeep dealer. Why we bought our JL from O'Hara Motors. Thank you! More

Worst service department ever !!!!! After careful review of all the options, we made the decision to visit the dealership. Don, Sales Manager, was very accomodating and thorough, especially with the COVID19 pandemic. Nancy, Finance Manager, was a gem as well; she came in on a Saturday during limited service at the dealership to get our financing in order. We drove away with the car the same day which I understand may not always be the case and feeling part of the O'Hara Motors family. By the way Don, Nancy wanted 02718 on the paperwork. LOL!!!! More
