We purchased a new truck in May and a month after having the truck, we noticed the tires on driver side had some weird markings. After further investigation they looked to be splitting. Contacted the dealer the truck, we noticed the tires on driver side had some weird markings. After further investigation they looked to be splitting. Contacted the dealership, they had us bring it up and to look and they agreed that something happened to them but not our fault. They worked diligently contacting transport company and GM to get us 2 new tires. It took at least 2 months but they were able to replace those tires free of charge. This is our first experience with a GMC dealership and we are highly impressed. We will definitely be going back and recommend O’Fallon GMC. More
