I went in to have them check my brake pads (because I was having to push the pedal down to the floor to get it to stop), a fluttering sound when the car was on, and the air filters. Also had a coupon for complimentary service for checking all my fluids. I was told they only had one of the filters of the 2 that was needing to be replaced (which I paid for), I got 2 new tires elsewhere because I knew before they told me my retread was low, and I got a new battery on my own as well since they said mine failed. 3 days later and I’m still getting fluttering sounds, brakes are no different (no big deal… just a major safety issue -_-) And my “change oil” reminder keeping popping up now….. after they JuST checked fluids. Not happy!! And I wasted 2 hours of my time to hardly have anything fixed at all!! More
