Jim in the service department was friendly and efficient. He welcomed me as soon as I walked into the service department doors. He got me signed in quickly and took my keys. My car was serviced for an oil ch He welcomed me as soon as I walked into the service department doors. He got me signed in quickly and took my keys. I like the people and the facility, but have had the same issue with my truck that I purchased from this location 14 months ago. The time it took 3 weeks to figure out what this issue was and fix, to then issue with my truck that I purchased from this location 14 months ago. The time it took 3 weeks to figure out what this issue was and fix, to then have the same issue occur 9 months later. Improvement needed on communication of status when in service. Many of the weeks they had my truck, I had to call to get updates rather than them reaching out to give a good timeline. More
