Joe, my service adviser. Called me once and did not leave a message. I then called the dealership when I realized that I had received the call around 6pm, at which point Called me once and did not leave a message. I then called the dealership when I realized that I had received the call around 6pm, at which point I was informed that service advisors leave at 6pm. They told me they couldn't give me any answers on my vehicle and that a service advisor would reach out in the morning. I called your dealership at 7:30 AM. Joe answered the phone. And told me they could not find anything wrong with my brakes. I told him that it happens intermittently, and he said he would test drive it again and that he would contact me once he had done so. He never contacted me. So I reached out again at two o'clock and was sent to Joe's voicemail, I then called back and had the person that answered the phone, fined. Joe, at which point I finally got a hold of him. I asked him 2 questions. Does your customer management software send text. He said that "they do not text." Then I asked if he can send emails. He said "yes." So I told him to update my account to state if they cannot get ahold of me. Leave a voicemail and send me a email. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he confirmed that he made that note. Your dealership has received this score as a result of the lack of customer communication. More
