In January of 2019, we had an opportunity to travel to O'Fallon, MO and the surrounding areas and instantly knew that we wanted to join the O'Fallon community.

I like the people and the facility, but have had the same issue with my truck that I purchased from this location 14 months ago. The time it took 3 weeks to figure out what this issue was and fix, to then issue with my truck that I purchased from this location 14 months ago. The time it took 3 weeks to figure out what this issue was and fix, to then have the same issue occur 9 months later. Improvement needed on communication of status when in service. Many of the weeks they had my truck, I had to call to get updates rather than them reaching out to give a good timeline. More
