In January of 2019, we had an opportunity to travel to O'Fallon, MO and the surrounding areas and instantly knew that we wanted to join the O'Fallon community.

Service Advisor Joe, greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and was aware of the needed service for which I had made an appointment. He kept me advised of the progress of the repair and sugge through the door and was aware of the needed service for which I had made an appointment. Service Manager Don, approached me as well and asked if there was anything else that he could do for me. I have been getting both of my cars serviced at O’Fallon Buick/GMC for some time now and I feel comfortable and welcome by the Service Department personnel. More
