In January of 2019, we had an opportunity to travel to O'Fallon, MO and the surrounding areas and instantly knew that we wanted to join the O'Fallon community.

I love my new car and everyone was friendly and hospitable the whole time I was there. There was some confusion with the finance department that was unfortunate otherwise I would have given a 5star hospitable the whole time I was there. Professional, friendly staff. The salesman was not pushy or play games. He gave me time to decide when I was ready to purchase. When I arrived he greeted be but was working with another client as I didn’t have an appointment so that was no problem. Instead of keeping me waiting Roger was asked to assist. He was kind and professional as well. Lastly,Mr Johnson the finance guy was professional as well. He had a few tricks up his sleeve to make extra money but we came to an agreement. I’m very happy with my experience and will tell everyone where to go for a new car. More
