In January of 2019, we had an opportunity to travel to O'Fallon, MO and the surrounding areas and instantly knew that we wanted to join the O'Fallon community.

Everyone was very professional, helpful, and the customer service was excellent. Christy was very courteous and an awesome salesperson who was extremely helpful with getting everything situated before coming service was excellent. She also made sure I completed my OnStar setup and informed me on additional information about specific car technology functions, considering this was my first Buick. I felt really welcomed and Darric, the owner, introduced me to everyone and led me to all the right people for assistance. Mike was also a friendly and helpful guy who helped me finance the car and thoroughly constructed a customizable plan fit for my needs. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Thank you and keep up the good work guys! More

I made an online appointment for an oil change and was able to get in weeks sooner than area dealerships. The best experience I have had with any dealership to date. They worked with me knowing my situation and helped me with options.
