I have never experienced the level of customer service exhibited at O’Fallon Buick GMC. It did not matter who your sales person was every one present was there to make sure you were comfortable. Our experience at O’Fallon Buick GMC was great! We had a great initial interaction with our salesperson, Beau. He was super personable, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It came in, in the time span he predicted. Only issue was that the tonneau cover for the back of the truck was not included in the order like it should have been. We do have to pay for that separately now and bring it back to the dealer to have it installed. As far as the day of pickup was concerned, it went well. The only issue was - we were there 3 hours. That was pretty excessive, in our opinion. It felt as if one piece of the process wouldn’t start until the other part was done and it made it really drawn out. However, we will take amazing customer service over spending less time. We will for sure recommend O’Fallon Buick GMC and Beau again! More

Needed the blower replaced on my Chevy Cruze. Service Advisors Joe and Nik and Service Department Manager Don, were, as usual, very friendly and professional. Little bit of a glitch picking up Service Advisors Joe and Nik and Service Department Manager Don, were, as usual, very friendly and professional. Little bit of a glitch picking up the parts to fix the blower but it was an issue beyond the control of the Dealership. Nik and Don kept me in the loop on the progress picking up and installing the part. Service Department is the best! More
