In January of 2019, we had an opportunity to travel to O'Fallon, MO and the surrounding areas and instantly knew that we wanted to join the O'Fallon community.

Service department was horrible to deal with. Issues were not resolved. Tech made several grease fingerprints on the white dash that will not come out. From the time we walked in they were eager to help! Beau greeted us and called Darric to assist us. He came and greeted us and assured us we would be taken care of before he gave us a warm handoff to D Beau greeted us and called Darric to assist us. He came and greeted us and assured us we would be taken care of before he gave us a warm handoff to Dariel and Walter. Walter was super nice and made the process seem easy. Dariel assured us everything would be ok and the deal would get done. We even got to tour the amazing dealership. Once we were done with that portion the business manager Mike came out to introduce himself and explain the process before we went to financing. In financing we met Jarrod who was extremely nice and explained everything. Walter even came in on his off day so we could pick our vehicle up. I saw all of this to say it was the best experience a person could have!!! More
