In January of 2019, we had an opportunity to travel to O'Fallon, MO and the surrounding areas and instantly knew that we wanted to join the O'Fallon community.

Follow up was lacking. Ordered a part that was quoted to be ready the next week by Tuesday, was never called to advise the part wasn’t going to be ready as advised. Calle Ordered a part that was quoted to be ready the next week by Tuesday, was never called to advise the part wasn’t going to be ready as advised. Called Wednesday and Thursday to ask status, but still never received a call to let me know the part wasn’t ready. I finally decided to just show up Friday afternoon and the part wasn’t ready there. I expect better communication and follow up. More

Great salesman and new cars manager. The dealership is very clean and seems very streamline when we made our purchase. Our only complaint was the finance manager. His salesmanship was not appreciated in any way shape or form. I understand it was his job to sale us on upgrades but things went down hill after he discovered i had a pre-approval letter. I will leave it at that. Maybe it was a late night or he was having a bad day. Unfortunately we weren't buying a dozen eggs it was a new SUV. No one has to kiss people's butt's. Just be respectful.
