It was a low-key, no pressure experience and Jeff and Jason treated me like a V.I.P. They gave me a great deal on a CR-V and took care of all the details. I never once felt pressured to buy, or like they were trying to up-sell me. I honestly cannot see myself buying a car from any other dealership, and can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you do business at O'Daniel!! More

I had been searching for a car for about a year. After determining that used cars are overpriced I began looking at new. I had seen new Fits and Civics at another dealer. Joe Mancuso met me and showed me a white 2012 Civic EX on the showroom floor. My search was over. The car took my breath away. Joe's low-key approach made for a very pleasant experience. Joe portrays what most people would like to see in a car salesman. My wife liked him very much when we bought the car the following day. Since the car is new, I haven't needed engine service. I rated the price as great. Since this was the first day of the 2012 Civic release and the forcast for new cars and parts looks tentative because of the Japanese Tsunami, I expected to pay full price. While I would have liked a lower price I don't regret paying list for such a terrific car. By the way, a friend of mine purchased a Fit a few weeks before this and had praise for Joe Mancuso and for the overall buying experience. More
I've been in Sales for a decade and Kirk was very approachable and listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I have buyers remorse from my last experience at Old Mill Toyota and it is a terrible feeling to live with. Looking forward to dealing with O Daniel for years to come. More
We purchased a new Honda Pilot in July 2010 - Joe Mancuso was our sales consultant and the experience was great. A few weeks ago we received severe hail damage to our Pilot causing approx. $11,000 damage. Af was our sales consultant and the experience was great. A few weeks ago we received severe hail damage to our Pilot causing approx. $11,000 damage. After battling with insurance for a reasonable settlement we were concerned that if we fixed the damage it would never look the same. We brought the Pilot to O'Daniel Honda and all of our troubles and concerns vanished. We met with Joe and after his shock of seeing our damaged vehicle he showed us an identical new Pilot. We then talked with Jason Roessner (General Sales Manager) who suggested that they take the damaged Pilot and sell it at the auction. Jason went over and above to ensure that we would maximize the value of our damaged vehicle. The initial conversations and inspection of the new vehicle took only approx. 15 minutes. Being in the middle of tax season I asked Joe to call me with pricing so I could get back to work. On my way home I received a call from Joe and within 2 minutes we agreed to a deal that we were very very happy with. The next day we picked up our new Pilot with the agreed accessories already installed. And even better, all the paperwork was already filled out. Joe's attention to detail and respect of our time was greatly appreciated. Joe and Jason turned a very disappointing several weeks into a non-issue. We are back on the road with a vehicle that we really enjoy, and had another great experience with O'Daniel Honda. Thanks More
Having moved to a new state and made the decision to pass along the 2003 Honda Element to my young collegian, I brought it in to O'Daniel Honda for a summary tune up and a few replacement parts (small things along the 2003 Honda Element to my young collegian, I brought it in to O'Daniel Honda for a summary tune up and a few replacement parts (small things: light bulbs, etc.) before bequeathing "my precious" (the Element) to "my precious" (the girl.) This was my first contact and experience with O'Daniel Honda: Mr. Kyle Newsom, Service Advisor, had spoken with me when I made my appointment and it was encouraging to be remembered when I called with additional preparation questions/comments. I received a warm welcome and Mr. Newsom courteously noted that he had received the service records which I had asked my former Honda service advisor to send ahead of my appointment. Mr. Newsom reviewed my car's maintenance and repair history with me to confirm that he had an accurate and complete understanding of all significant events in the car's history. The work to be done on the Element was to take half of the day, so I waited in the Customer Lounge for a brief time, did some business (O'Daniel Honda very astutely designed a 2-computer work space adjacent to the Customer Lounge for our use) and caught lunch with a friend. When I returned, the work was on the cusp of completed. Kyle had consulted with me several times during the morning: as my car was being examined and evaluated, to inform me of the probable costs, to prioritize the work according to my needs/allow me to control the costs and extent of repairs and to inform me of progress on the car. Before I met with the cashier, Mary (who, besides being very accurate with her paperwork, is also blessed with an engaging personality,) Kyle helped me make notes for future maintenance "milestones" that my daughter and I will plan to tackle as appropriate. So, although this was a bigger monetary investment than expected, I was very happy with the outcome. I drove my 8-years-old-170,000-mile-Element home feeling as though it was in perfect condition: all lights, locks and engine parts were running well and I am very satisfied that it will continue to run perfectly and safely for another 50,000 miles - or more! - for my daughter. In short, working with Kyle Newsom and his service team made this an excellent experience with O'Daniel Honda. Unfortunately, the next day, one tiny light bulb burned out (just like home sweet home: when one goes, they all pop!) I returned to O'Daniel Honda and once again, Mr. Newsom gave me a greeting and provided the fix up - at half price! Icing on the cake, as they say. More

I highly recommend them and the Honda brand to everyone. It has been a pleasure to conduct my business with Mr. Mancuso; he is articulate, soft-spoken, highly intelligent and sensitive to his customers' comprehensive needs. He was never pushy. In fact, he was entirely willing to give me all the details I wanted over the course of three days regarding the five car models I had on my "possible purchase?" list. He accurately assessed my current usage and future transportation plans, identified the models which would be a good match and, along with the experienced wisdom of Mr. James Roessner, helped me find the best financial balance for acquisition of my new Accord. Mr. Mancuso is an excellent sales consultant of whom O'Daniel Honda can be proud and from whom Honda Corporation can expect outstanding future accomplishments. I am thankful that my purchase of a Honda Accord LX-P was assisted by this gentleman. Mr. Roessner's comprehensive and discerning financial advice, in addition to generous considerations which I had not expected, made my purchase entirely affordable and beneficial to my credit rating. (Who could ask for more?) I am very grateful to Mr. Roessner for his oversight and significant allowances - and to Honda Corporation for their saavy rebate program. I had the pleasure of making the acquaintance of Ms. Beedle this morning when I finalized the purchase of my Accord. Sharon is delightful; she is detail-oriented, patient and insightful. She has a gift for making financial fine points understandable and I am entirely content with the selections she helped me make regarding Honda Care and other vehicle maintenance options. Ms. Beedle was especially helpful with a review of the steps necessary to complete new car registration with the state and in response to my inquiries regarding how best to pass along my well-loved-and-well-worn Element to my collegian. I believe her suggestions reflected the good wisdom of experience. She very comfortably completed my transaction with O'Daniel Honda. Honda Corporation, O'Daniel Honda and these three outstanding professionals (and I'll return to this site to commend the Service Department's Kyle Newsom, who worked in tandem with O'Daniel's sales team to have my Element in tip top condition at 170,000 miles!) did everything possible - over and above effort, in fact - to meet my needs. It's really stunning when you consider that they have done this under most unusual circumstances: the global economic crunch and Japan's own tragic earthquake and tsunami recovery. O'Daniel Honda, as a business, and the individual members of their sales and service teams, are a shining asset to Omaha, Nebraska and to Honda Corporation worldwide.
