When I first walked into O'Daniel I was not there for a car. We were simply picking up a mirrior for my significant others Honda Civic. As we were leaving my significant other had decided that he wanted to see what the trade in value of his car was. When talking to Jeff I had explained the situation I was currently going through at the other dealership. He offered to take some information down and see if there was anything he could do for me. By the time we left I was approved to purchase a vehicle thanks to Quentin who had done a ton of hard work with the about 17 different banks. I was in shock. The other dealership had denied me completely and was not even returning my calls (after a week of them having my information on file). So I slept on it over night and decided to go through with it. All in all the services provided were excellent. Every person who I spoke with was polite, thoughtful, helpful, and friendly. This is the place to buy your next car for sure. They will treat you with dignity and respect. They have made me a lifetime customer. More
