Terrible dealership. We found a car online listed at Terrible dealership. We found a car online listed at what seemed like a great price. Because we were planning on coming in from out of state to pu Terrible dealership. We found a car online listed at what seemed like a great price. Because we were planning on coming in from out of state to purchase the car, we called in advance to confirm the price and that it was still available. Sure enough, the listed price was a mistake, but they told us that, since they had listed the price online, they would honor it. The day before we were going to drive down to purchase the car, we called again just to confirm that they would honor the price. After being passed around on the phone several times and being told by the sales person we had originally talked to that he wouldn't have said he'd sell it at the lower price because only sales managers can adjust the price, I asked to speak to the manager. This manager kept wanting to argue with me about the fact that the listed price was a mistake, despite my agreeing that it was and explaining that we had been told they'd honor the price despite this, as it was them who made the mistake. He finally resorted to silly excuses, such as that his sales people can't be expected to know the prices of their inventory (um, really??). Ultimately, he took my contact information so that he could check with the owner and get back to me, but that I probably wouldn't hear from them until Saturday (the day he knew I was planning on driving through to pick up the car). It wasn't until I told him that I was willing to let people know of their terrible and dishonest business practices that he claimed they would try to get back to me that day. I quickly decided it was far too much of a hassle and that if that's how I was treated during the purchasing process, I shouldn't expect much from them in the future. I will definitely be buying my new car elsewhere. More

Lauren has exceptional customer service. She is kind and incredibly respectful and funny! I have never met an auto salesperson with such a genuine kindness and care for their customers and I have purchased incredibly respectful and funny! I have never met an auto salesperson with such a genuine kindness and care for their customers and I have purchased 11 vehicles so far. Before finding Lauren at Superior Honda, my partner and I had to deal with some really bad customer service from a salesman and financial adviser at H and H Kia who either treated us poorly, perhaps because we are women, perhaps because we are together. Never again will I considered purchasing from Kia. Surely, in the future I will stick with Honda. Thanks Lauren! More

I had almost lost hope on the car that I wanted but strangely enough, somehow thing worked out thanks to the amazing people at O’Daniel Honda. No one in the city was able to even come close to their offer let alone beat it. Now I not only get to brag about what a great car I got but also what a great deal I got. Other dealers even said that they can’t believe they are giving it away at a loss and that they would never be able to match their offer. I would for sure recommend anyone and everyone I know to buy their next Honda from O’Daniel Honda of Omaha. Unlike some of the other so called “Largest Dealers” in town, these people are down to earth, courteous, with calm and stress free atmosphere. I don’t know how these guys do it but WOW!. Just go in and check them out. This review might sound too good to be true, almost unbelievable, and I wouldn’t blame you for thinking that because that is the kind of deal I got today. For my next vehicle, for sure it is O’Daniel. More

I needed to replace my totaled 2005 Honda Accord and after looking at several of the Omaha Honda dealers online, O'Daniel Honda's prices and quality cars in their inventory caught my eye. I scheduled an appointment with Lauren, she listened to what I was looking for, found one on her inventory list that she thought was just the car I was looking for. As it turned out, I had this very car in my folder of cars I wanted to look at. It was as if she had read my mind. We agreed on a price, took care of the paperwork and we were on our way. Very painless. O'Daniel Honda will likely get repeat business from us. More
