Do not have a plowed install here they do a half xxx job. I took it back once for front plate was hanging not screwed in and the valance was never put back on. Today I happen to open the hood and check my fluids and I see this spliced wire not run properly nor was it fused properly they stuck a piece of a spade connected in a fuse holder under the hood and left the fuse cover open to water getting in which is another big no no the wire is also kinked badly . The mechanics there must not be getting paid cause there definitely scraping the bottton as far as workmanship I am done doing business there done ✅ More

Seeking resolution through AG, consumer reports, bad press, lawyers, and emphasizing the importance of honoring commitments for better customer service. More
We are very disappointed with the service department, the service managers are less than pleasant. The waiting room is great, a good thing after a long stay. Granted we were 25 minutes early for the appointment, but!!!??? An oil change and having new key fob programmed shouldn’t cost $216.35 in labor by my way of thinking. Service department experience doesn’t come close to living up the experience of the sales department. More
I had several questions during the 3-5 day transaction, evertime I called with a question, I was promised a call back at least 4 times, that never happened once. I have bought several vehicles in the past 10 years from other dealers, which I plan to return to, and everytime, I have got phone calls, emails, and regular mail, thanking me and asking if I had any problems or questions. Not one word from these people after I drove off of the lot. I was not even offered a road test before my purchase. I won't go back. More
