This dealership was very helpful, friendly and really cared about what I needed to make my first new car purchase work. They worked with me to get my payments down to were I could afford them. My insurance wanted more then I could afford so they all went and got us other phone numbers to try to get the insurance to were I could afford it. They then told me to call my insurance company back and exsplain all the safty features to them and see what they could do. Fred and George spent the whole day working with me and helping me thru the whole process. My dad has bought new vehicals at many dealerships but he has never had people work that hard to sell a car. This is the best place to buy a car. I will recamend this dealership to everybody I no who wantes to buy a car. More

Upon working a truck purchase I mentioned I wasn't sure about keeping the tonneau cover from my traded truck. He was okay with my decision and was't pressed or asked about it again until after the sale. about keeping the tonneau cover from my traded truck. He was okay with my decision and was't pressed or asked about it again until after the sale. (2009 vs 2009) After we agreed on a deal I was told I couldn't have the tonneau cover. I told the manager I was very unhappy about his decision a couple times. I live 100 miles away from this dealership and wasn't able to get the truck cleaned or get a fresh inspection sticker. It seemed like it took an excessive amount of time to get things done. The fact that the tonneau cover was more important than having customer satisfaction left a negative impact. I still need my inspection sticker and feel O'Connor should at least pay to get that taken care of up where I live. I think this should all have been taken care of before we left the dealership.
