Not so sure you do care about my issue, however I will give you the opportunity to make this right. Not only did we receive no help or offer to make it right today when my husband went up to your dealership today but he has been on the phone for over 45 minutes speaking to the Lincoln assist people in trying to get help for the tire and he has spoken to 5 different people and had to give them the same information every time. Curious as to how you will make this better.

Cont’d Now my husband was told that he has to have Firestone ( company who came to our rescue) call them to verify purchase of tire. We have the receipt, we have the ruined tire, why the devil would they have to get involved. So not only did we have an issue with the your dealership. We are also having trouble with the Lincoln assist/ warranty people trying to get satisfaction for our tire.

Update: Sam Adams was the gentleman who sold us the car. We had no issue with the sale of the car. We did have an issue with the response to our dilemma .

Sam Elliott was not the problem, his name got picked at random by me. He was a very good salesman and I hate he is taking the brunt of this due to my error. It was the response of everyone else we talked to in regards to this dilemma. Sam didn’t even know about our issue.
