The dealership appears to be overwhelmed with work at this time. However, I would assume upper management is trying to hire well qualified people to reduce the backlog of work. I had a problem with getting the latest Sync3 software updated in my vehicle. Had O.C. Welch try to update it while in for an oil change. For whatever reason the update never was accepted by the system. I returned to the dealership to try to get the update. Ray in the fast lane office remembered me and got right on it. The mechanic tried his best to get the update to be accepted but was unable to accomplish it. Ray didn't give up, and had another person that has dealt with this problem give it a try. Bingo.... Whatever this fellow did he was able to get the update loaded, and everything seems to be working now as it should. I can't thank Ray enough for sticking with me and doing everything he could to satisfy me. Thank You!!! Please add my name to the list for the 360° camera recall. Went to dealership today to get some help updating our navigation system on our Lincoln. Tiana was very nice and tried to help but the service department wasn’t. A woman that worked there make a face at me like I was stupid. Called Tiana back with the information that they needed. She put me on hold while trying to get some help from service department. She came back a few minutes later with no help from service department. She asked me to bring the car in early and she will try to help me. I am not comfortable trying to update my system myself. Or at the least help me order the software. To be fair other times the service has been good. My husband and I were talking about what car would we buy when we decide to get a new vehicle. Our choices were either Volvo or Lincoln. Let’s see what tomorrow brings. More
