I found a car on the web that I wanted so I reached out to O C Welch Ford Lincoln. Anthony Chimwala contacted me and provided all the info I needed. He, in my opinion went above and beyond. He took extra pictures and videos of the car for me since I live so far away. He was very quick responding to any request. After reviewing all the information I decided to make the drive from Florida. I was greeted right away and Anthony formally introduced himself. From that point forward it was first class all the way. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and took care of everything I needed. After working out all the details with Anthony I was introduced to Gerald Burke from finance. He continued the first rate service. I was preapproved for a loan, but he was able to get me a better rate and saved me money on a far better warranty and longer coverage. Gerald was a pleasure to work with. I also would like to mention Jim Quance sales manager, most people cringe when having to interact with a car sales manager, I can honestly say that he is not that kind of person and I watched him interact with several other customers while I was in the dealership.
