We had to get back to Savannah by a certain time and everyone at the dealership from John, to Chris in Finance to Mr. O.C. Welch accomodated us! The girl Karen (I think) at the front desk was also amazing with our 6 year old daughter! Everyone was so professional and the DEALS were so good that we ended up buying TWO TRUCKS! So I got to drive a brand new truck home! YAY! Thank you OC, we will be back sometime this year for my Explorer! I want Pearl with tan leather interior ;) More

The service was professional, no pressure and, at my convenience and to top it off I was given a better price than all other dealers I shopped. He also did everything possible to try to get my old flip cell phone to sync. Overall - a very good experience. I have not purchased a car in 7 years so aside from the "sticker shock" the overall professionalism of your team was excellent. I like the 2 years free maintenance. I narrowed it down to 2 trucks and sure enough i drove away with the one i had hoped for. Man that F 150 xlt has more buttons and lights on it than an airplane xxxx pit. I love it!! Traded a chevrolet and wont go back to them anymore. Excellent sales. Moving to Columbia sc in a month for a new job but will come back to deal with O.C. again in the future. I WANT MY MONEY O.C.!!!
