Todd thank you for your review! The Vehicle you purchased did go through our service department prior to you taking delivery just like every vehicle sold at our dealership. In fact you didn't take possession of the vehicle till after it was done in service. Also you have complementary maintenance for 1 year for a total of 2 oil changes, oil filter, and tire rotations so there was no reason to occur any added cost to yourself. The vehicle that you purchased was used and unfortunately we can not guarantee a 2nd key from the previous owner like we do on our NEW and CPO vehicles. There are some used Vehicles with 2 to 3 keys however, this was not one. You agreed to put down a $1500.00 down payment. You were to put down the money and bring us the check when you picked up your vehicle after it was serviced and ready. You took delivery of the vehicle and eluded that you dropped off a check. You later admitted that you didn't and that was the sales person's problem now. Only after the finance department called you and explained that you hadn't followed through with your obligations to the lender, dealership, and signed contract that you would have to bring the vehicle back. You called the following day and made good on your obligated down payment. Have a good day.
