Employees are always courteous and professional. Service department has been a problem in past. No one answered phone, appointments scheduled months out. Never experienced this lack of service in dealerships in NE states. It appears that they are working on this. Loaners now provided and everyone is now very attentive when in past it was hard to get someone to look up when you arrived. Seems like they are taking a turn to fix the department. My advisor this week was Rob. He was awesome. Kelly in rentals was as well. One more little thing… I wish OC would stop storing his antique collection in showroom so some inventory could go inside and provide parking spots for customers. Hard to find a spot people end up blocking others. More

Love my Lincoln but way too much turnover in service area for me to recommend them at this time. The service is well performed, but I’m uncertain as to whether I would recommend the service there for the fol for me to recommend them at this time. The service is well performed, but I’m uncertain as to whether I would recommend the service there for the following reason….The people today were great, but to get an appointment by phone was impossible…zero returned calls, mail boxes full, phones that rang but were not answered…i finally drove to the dealership, wandered around until i found a person at the quick change place who was very helpful, checked on the part for the recall, scheduled an appointment and then i was sent daily reminders of the appointment. So, the people now are very nice, but so were the people in every previous appointment! How long will they be around. Right now i probably would not buy another car from that dealership unfortunately. More
