Thank You, Sir! I live in GA, your business is in SC. There are other Ford dealerships that are closer to my home. However, I prefer to go extra distance to get products and services from your business. The reason is your quality of work and honest customer service. This is my 3rd use of Ford Credit for financing, 1 in TX and 2 in your dealership. This the second new vehicle I purchased in your dealership, my wife's SUV Explorer XLT, V6 3.5L (she selected it from your lot), and my new truck F350 XLT, 4X4, 6.7L Powerstroke/Scorpion VGT (I did special order with all packages and options EXACTLY as I wanted it). I have been using your service department for small warranty issues, as well as for scheduled maintenance, and never had any issues so far. Please keep the good work, it is better for your business, it is better for us the customers. Successful business is built on returning and permanent customers, not on random buyers. It is based on mutual respect, honesty and sometimes on compromises on both sides, but with Win-Win Happy End. Thanks again, and have a nice day!
