We were visiting from Charllotte NC and had issue with our Ford Fusion. We tried several other options before stopping at O. C. Welch’s. I was hesitant to stop at a dealership as I haven’t always had good our Ford Fusion. We tried several other options before stopping at O. C. Welch’s. I was hesitant to stop at a dealership as I haven’t always had good service. But seemed to be my last option late on a Saturday afternoon. I walked in the office and was greeted warmly but Colby. He listen to my issue and immediately came out to look at my car. He diagnosed the issue instantly and got to work to resolving my issue. He asked me to take a picture of my vin # and we were off to the parts department. Another very helpful employee looked the part needed and had the part needed to fix my problem. So we’re back to the service desk to get pricing, but best of all that he will get me in within 2 hours of closing. He asked for my patients as he’ll works me asap. Being short staffed he was still able to get job completed with 30 minutes to spare before closing. Everyone we dealt with a pleasant disposition and we’re downright friendly. Colby kept us posted on the progress and it very valuable asset for your business. We will be future residents just down the road at Latitudes Margaritaville and if anyone asked for a dependable car service guest who I’ll recommend- O. C. Welsh. Oh and I’ll tell them to ask for Colby! He’s friendly, knows how to communicate and he follows through on what he promises! It was truly a team effort, but the first person you meet sets a tone for your experience. My expert was nothing short of fantastic! Derek is very friendly, knowledgable, and eased the car buying process to be as smooth as possible, especially for us at a time where my husband needed an emergency surgery. We were able to communicate ea buying process to be as smooth as possible, especially for us at a time where my husband needed an emergency surgery. We were able to communicate easily over the phone and sign most papers online. Derek knew all about the bells and whistles of the ford expedition that we test drove and purchased. He also made sure that he was available if we had any questions once we started driving it daily on any refreshers or video tutorials on any of the features we were unsure about. We highly recommend Derek for all car buying needs! He is the best! More

I have known Derek for many years now and my dad has been looking for a Ford Expedition for a while and found the one we purchased at OC Welch. I was able to connect my parents and Derek to get a test drive looking for a Ford Expedition for a while and found the one we purchased at OC Welch. I was able to connect my parents and Derek to get a test drive scheduled right away! Derek has been the best salesman my family has ever worked with when looking or purchasing a car. He is able to answer any questions you have and if he doesn’t know off hand, he searches it or goes to someone who does and gets us the answers. Before the test drive, Derek went over all the controls and features of the vehicle and did the same as a refresher the day we picked our expedition up. Derek isn’t pushy or hovering like most car salesman wanting to make the deal. He works with you and gives the space so the customer can make the decision.
