This is our first time buying at this dealership and it was a smooth process from beginning to closing the deal. Scotty was very helpful in organizing and arranging everything needed to complete the deal was a smooth process from beginning to closing the deal. Had a brief conversation with Mike Raymond absolutely terrible exchange, worse I've had w/ a car dealer although brief. Rude and condescending individual. Sales person Rich have no intention of selling a vehicle to us. What a waste of time. I think we were judged by how casual we look for the day and as I said please call me back if any additional discounts p to us. What a waste of time. I initially gave them a good review but have had several problems since: not securing my tires properly, fixing a flat then damaging the tire indicator. Poor Service experience. Everything started out fine, dropped the car off and got a shuttle to work. Got a call before the car was scheduled to even be worked on and asked wh Everything started out fine, dropped the car off and got a shuttle to work. Got a call before the car was scheduled to even be worked on and asked when they could pick me up. I told them I could possibly get out at 4:30 to 5 pm and was told that they don't have someone to pick me up at that time. Last time they could pick me up is 1:30. They never told me that before and the service representative didn't offer any viable solutions. Unfortunately no one was able to take me there to pick up my car at work, so when I asked if I was up a creek the service person said "Yeah, sounds like it". I promptly asked to talk to a supervisor who got someone to come pick me up at 4:30. I got a survey from Toyota about my service and was honest in the feedback. I then got an email from Kyle Bond (GM) asking if they could contact me. I emailed him back right away and gave them my cell and said please call me to discuss. They never called back.. so it seems that the lack of focus on service goes all the way to the GM. Have never been treated this way before from a Dealer, will not ever go back to O'Brien.
