I still have a problem of the alarm going off when I unlock the door and get in. Also the cover for the cabin filter was left on the floor and at 86years old I have to leave it there.

Mr. Woody, I understand you met with Kyle Bond, our General Manager, who explained the reason we couldn't find you in our database was because you posted your review using an internet username Jerryhhamman, while your Service Repair Order is under your real name. I understand he installed a brand new cabin filter at no cost to you, and snapped on the plastic cover left on your floor. Lastly, although your alarm is a non-Toyota aftermarket product, he offered to disconnect part of the system for you. Kyle was under the impression that you were very happy when you left the dealership after addressing your concerns. Please let us know if there's anything further we can do.

I did meet with Kyle, All my concerns were addresses, and all my concerns were taken care of to my satisfaction. I thank you for your help. At the present I have no questions and am very happy with the end results. Kyle was very helpful and listened to all my questions. I also thank you for the free cabin filter that was installed by Kyle. I will return for my net scheduled service, thank you.
