I really have to give O'Brien Mitsubishi an excellent rating. I made a positive decision on one car. Not the car I was hoping for. After thinking about it overnite, I wondered if I should settle for okay rating. I made a positive decision on one car. Not the car I was hoping for. After thinking about it overnite, I wondered if I should settle for okay and good enough or try one last time to find the actual car I was looking for. So I went out and found THE one. Luckily it was a car they had authority over, so I think it saved them a heart attack. They were very patient with me. But I think it crossed their minds that they might be dealing with a ditzy woman. The transition went smoothly from one car to the other. And now I'm the very happy owner of a 2020 Inferno Red Kia Soul. I can only say well done, Jay and Kate.! More
