I explained what we were looking for and while the current inventory didn't have exactly what we were in need of, James called me within a short time to tell me he had found a car that might fit the bill. A couple had just arrived to pick up their new vehicle and were trading in their other vehicle - a vehicle which was exactly what I had told James we were looking for!
