Dean- I have tried reaching out to you to discuss your review(s). We always do our best to accommodate and entertain all offers. We also, like most dealers, use market based pricing and put our best price on the pre-owned vehicle up front. Your offer was $6,900 off the asking price. We felt like a counter offer would offend you more than letting you know that we have priced the vehicle correctly and that’s what it should sell for. I believe there is some middle ground in all car deals including this one and we are happy to discuss, which is why I have tried to reach out to you multiple times. You have left bad reviews on every site you can because we didn’t reduce our price. All due respect, I’m not sure that’s going to help you get a better price with us or anyone else. If there is any issue, let’s discuss it like gentlemen and try to come to a resolution. I would love the chance to talk to you about your deal.
