My husband and I bought a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan from O’Brien kia 2 years ago. The transmission went out a month ago and we’ve called O’Brien kia for help with another claim after the first one was denie O’Brien kia 2 years ago. They kept hanging up, and wouldn’t help us out at all, told us we needed to call the warranty company and handle it ourselves. Asked to speak to the GM and they wouldn’t let us and hung up again. So unhelpful and rude. The warranty company is paying for a portion of the bill after we had to call and request a new claim but we still have to fork over a few grand. Don’t buy from O’Brien Kia and don’t buy their warranty. They won’t help you when it counts, only when they want to put money in their pocket. More

Called over a month ago for a recall to be fixed. Minor issue but still. Show up today and they claim they have no technicians qualified to fix the issue.
