My husband and I live out of state and we had reached out to O’Brien Kia about looking for a Sorento hybrid. We had been talked to Jason about a month prior. He contacted us and said they got one in. We made the 500+ miles journey up to Bloomington to purchase the vehicle, as there wasn’t any hybrids closer to us to even look at. When we arrived he provided excellent customer service and was personable. He wasn’t pushy like some salesman can be. He was able to answer all our questions and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very patient with me as I am technically challenged. We had a great buying experience and would recommend Jason and O’Brien Kia to our friends and family. More
