Fantastic vehicle, smooth ride, lots of features and I knew a CR-V was the right fit for me. Jason chatted with us about the newer vehicles and their prices, warranties, etc along with the used one that I test drove, so that I could compare the options. He was a great salesman and he gave my husband and I time to discuss things privately. It was within our budget to buy a brand new 2019 so we took the plunge. The .9% financing Honda is offering is fabulous, so onto Karen to help us on this side! She was also terrific answering all my questions with extended warranties. We saw it on-line on the weekend and I made an inquiry. I didn't expect to hear back on a weekend evening, but I did and they set me up with an appointment with Jason on Monday afternoon. Jason had the vehicle ready for us to look at and take for test drive. After the test drive it was time to buy. The whole sale process was simple, easy, and without any salesman pressure. They had the vehicle for another week to complete all checks, fix some dings and a seat belt, and complete the detailing.
