My car was not able to be functional til October 8th the team at honda was very understanding. One person caught my attention, and that is Terrance Harrell. NEVER service anything here. Their tactics should be criminal. I tried to get a key fixed here. They said they couldn't get the key they made to fit. It would two hours to work in it and if it didn't fit, I would have to get a new ignition. I took the key they made to a lock company, they sprayed wd40 in the ignition and it worked. I paid the lock company $80 to program, not $360 for 2 hours work, not to mention a what a new ignition would have cost. Will NEVER return to any O'Brian dealership. More
