My car was not able to be functional til October 8th the team at honda was very understanding. One person caught my attention, and that is Terrance Harrell. When he and I were talking, and he found out I ha team at honda was very understanding. One person caught my attention, and that is Terrance Harrell. When he and I were talking, and he found out I have no car I have to wait 30 minutes to 45 minutes just to get a ride. He volunteered and dropped me off at his apartment. I am very thankful and cannot thank him enough for what he did. More
NEVER service anything here. Their tactics should be criminal. I tried to get a key fixed here. They said they couldn't get the key they made to fit. It would two hours to wor Their tactics should be criminal. I tried to get a key fixed here. They said they couldn't get the key they made to fit. It would two hours to work in it and if it didn't fit, I would have to get a new ignition. I took the key they made to a lock company, they sprayed wd40 in the ignition and it worked. I paid the lock company $80 to program, not $360 for 2 hours work, not to mention a what a new ignition would have cost. Will NEVER return to any O'Brian dealership. More

We reserved an Accord scheduled for production a couple months out and Matt kept us updated weekly with friendly messages and personalized videos to let us know everything was on track. I was impressed by his willingness to go above and beyond before, during and even after the sale to make sure I was 100% satisfied. The car is perfect and so was the experience. Thanks so much for getting my family and I back in a Honda. More
I picked up the 2022 Honda CRV Touring I had ordered last week. My salesman, Harold, had helped me with the ordering process. He was the best! He showed me many of the extras that came with this car, and answered questions KNOW I had asked before with patience and a sense of humor. There was never any feeling of pressure from him. He was just glad to help. And I LOVE this car! I was worried at first about all the new things, but Harold encouraged me to just take my time and enjoy it. Getting a new car was never as easy as this. More

Just drove off the lot in my my new used 2021 Tacoma and had the pleasure of working with Harold who made the entire process easy and was extremely personable. My only complaint was that the car I purchased had the pleasure of working with Harold who made the entire process easy and was extremely personable. My only complaint was that the car I purchased was given to me with only a 1/4 tank of gas. It was explained to me that they do not fill up used cars and only brand new ones and Harold went out of his way to give me $10 for gas. This was not necessary at all but just goes to show how must he cares for his customers. 10/10 would recommend! More
