2024-05-31 Visited this dealership today for an automobile state inspection. Friendly staff! I was impressed with the ease of finding this dealership as well as quickly identifying the service depa automobile state inspection. Friendly staff! I was impressed with the ease of finding this dealership as well as quickly identifying the service department as I entered the parking lot. A service representative immediately greeted me as I pulled up to the service bay. My wait time for service was only a couple of minutes. I had called other inspection facilities in Castroville, and the wait time was over an hour. Brad, my service tech, explained the service clearly and with a smile. After documenting my information, he escorted me to the customer waiting room adjacent to the service bay. Wow! The waiting room was nice and quiet, climate controlled, and included two deluxe automatic massage chairs! I'm actually writing this review while sitting in a massage chair enjoying the therapy. Amazing comfort. First class! I live on a ranch three hours west of this location, and my primary vehicle is a 2019 Ram 3500 truck. Based on the outstanding customer service I received today, I am definitely considering Nyle Maxwell for my next purchase. Folks, give this dealership a chance to win your business. Poor service in service center again. Brought ram 2500 for abs light on. Diagnosis bad modual. Part ordered. Told it would be a week. After a week with no info, i called service dept. Talked to Brandon, service manager. Was told problems getting module from factory. Will take a while to get it. Ok. It has been 3 weeks, no updat on part, no answer when calling service dept or Brandon. Left msg for general manager, no response from him. Very bad customer service. After abs problem is fixed i will NOT be doing business here again More
