Have gone back for service a couple of times and because despite the slow service and lack of follow up I was nice and left 5 star reviews. Ho price. The service consultant never followed up after my last visit. I had to get ram care involved to take care of the issue and resolved and updated as should have happened before. Customers should. It have to be following up their vehicle repairs. After a couple of follow ups I was told the vehicle was ready. Once I went to pick up, I walked in to service advisors office and Josh was with one another customer so I was about to step out and he said no come in. I can help you as well. I said here to pick up the 1500 ram with the broken back window. He said oh yea, tosses the keys at me, yup tossed the keys at me and said your done. I was like wow. Very unprofessional. And then as I’m walking out he said oh I know you said about the window seal ans im ordering that should get here in a couple of days and I will call you. It’s been 9 days and no calls. Yup the service was horrible. More
