Poor service. Went in for an oil change on our Grand Cherokee and told them to check and refill the rear differential that was leaking and I would be back in January to get the axle seal changed. Picked it up later and asked how much gear oil it took. They now said they just inspect but don’t add oil. I’m not happy. I don’t like being lied to. I will not be returning to these people again. They have lost my trust. The multipoint inspection sheet has the little green circle at the differential that means Checked and OK. It makes sense that if it was leaking oil it would require some replacement oil. It makes me wonder. If I had not seen this on my inspection, would they have brought it to my attention? I don’t know. You’ll have to ask Nick and Joey in the service department. Looks like I’ll be driving a little farther for my service and sales down the road. More

I bought a 2021 truck and traded in my 2018 Chevy … I gave 10,000 down .. well I wasn’t satisfied with the new truck because it was a le very good .. I bought a 2021 truck and traded in my 2018 Chevy … I gave 10,000 down .. well I wasn’t satisfied with the new truck because it was a lemon , and the manager was nice enough to let me return and exchange it .. all great -so I thought … only problem was they didn’t have a suitable replacement.. so my only choice was to actually buy my trade in back - my 2018 chevy That I traded in …I was hoping to come out even , but I’m out the 10,000 dollars I originally put down …and stuck with a loan that is 5,000 dollars more that my previous balance and I’m right where I started - with my old truck back !!…. Of course I signed papers apparently approving of all this .. I’m a senior citizen and all kinds of numbers and papers to sign were presented before I realized what I had done ..now I’m out 10,000 dollars and back with my truck … stay away .. More
