The customer service was excellent , I visited several dealerships in my search for a used f150, none of them measured up to Nyhus family dealership. I'm from central Iowa and these guys are in northern Minnesota. I saw the vehicle I wanted online and contacted them. Within minutes we made the deal. Leighton was awesome as he told me all about it. They go above and beyond as they had taken it upon themselves to refurbish some parts on the van that the harsh winters in Minnesota are hard on. They obviously not only want a sale but also look out for the buyer. We set up a delivery date and they were there within minutes of the time we set. The delivery driver called when he was getting closer with helped keep us informed. He was very nice and seemed to be in a great mood despite his 8hr drive. He didn't want to leave until we covered everything about the van and he knew I was satisfied which I appreciated. I own a growing business and have never purchased a vehicle online site unseen, but will most definitely trust Nyhus for future purchases. Thanks guys! I am a satisfied customer! Chuck More
