Amazing people and fantastic pricing! The staff is so welcoming as soon as you walk in the door! Not an ideal experience I found a 2015 Jeep Cherokee online, contacted Nyhus and they were great working with on the phone. Approved the financing, and were accommodating with my time. I think it was a lot of "we'll make it work" "won't be a problem" and "I'll see what I can do" before I actually got there. I was very specific before my visit on the tires and was the main thing I cared about with the roads I travel on for work. I don't think they were prepared for me when the time/day I was coming to the dealership. I was never shown any features of the car, at all...Just said it's waiting out front for a test drive. I asked about the accident it was in based on the Carfax report and was told, "I'm not familiar with the report or that" I wanted to know about the tires and it was 20 minutes of Mark looking online at tires and then couldn't give me a price comparison. I was about to leave and said, just let me know the total price difference when you have it. I want this to be turn key and I just need details. He replied, with I'm sorry today didn't work out for you. I was shocked, and said I drove 1.5 to get here and was very specific on the one thing I wanted clarity on, you should've have been more prepared and that's not me saying it's not working for me. I mainly just wanted it to be over and buy the car and deal with buyers remorse later. The financing was easy and very detailed with answers and actually asked me questions, that should have been answered by Mark not me. My family has owned a car dealership in the past and worked at numerous ones, I would be appalled if my father or his staff treated a first time car buyer this way. Would not recommend but glad it's over and done. More
