Very pleasant car dealership experience. No hard sell, transparent pricing. Other dealers were trying to get 10% over MSRP (and probably will get it...) but Nutley doesn't do that, so you No hard sell, transparent pricing. Theresa was very helpful over the phone, Maria helped me in person, and Peter did the paperwork. Plus gave my kids some gigantic helium balloons. I was offered various warranties and insurance policies, but nothing was pushy. The Protection Plus insurance was the only thing that was a bit confusing - it was referred to as "VIN etch" and I thought it was pre-installed and mandatory, but it's actually something additional/optional on top of that. When I discovered while signing paperwork that it was optional, Peter was very clear about it and adjusted the price to take it off without any issue. More
