Fantastic, We were treated like family. We went to lease a car during the President's Day sale and we ended up getting two! The moment we walked in the door we were greeted by Rey, with a smile and introduction. He was very knowledgble and helped us in everyway with our decision, but without pressure you would normally get from a salesperson pushing for his end of the month numbers. We were in the market for a Kia on a lease for my wife and ended up buying a car for her and lease a car for my son! The experience was wonderful everything taking care of while we waited. Since we had two cars to process Rey went way beyond being a great salesperson and bought us a pizza since we were there for a few hours. Reynaldo (Rey), first asked me what was I looking for and what were my needs/wants, that to me is good customer service. He showed me my new KIA Sportage LX and gave me the best deal he was able to offer, and it suited me. I felt no pressure from him at all, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. The paperwork, which can be a pain sometimes, was processed smoothly and they were very accommodating when I could not supply proof of insurance. They made it happen.
