Ive had my Kia Sportage for 4 months now and I wanted to take some time to recognize the team over at Nutley Kia for the one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. I started by coming in and take some time to recognize the team over at Nutley Kia for the one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. I started by coming in and checking out a used Kia Sportage that I had seen on the Nutley Kia website. Ulises Contreras showed me around the car and I came by the next day to make my offer. Unfortunately he wasn't in when I went to make my offer and Maria Heredia Disla helped me put a deposit down on it that evening. The next day Ulises and the manager at the time Tony DeNivo assisted me with the purchase of that used Kia Sportage. There was no pressure from Ulises and the agreement was made that day. Peter Zamora the business manager also made the paperwork process effortless to go through. About 3 weeks into having the car in my possession and showing the car to a family member, I noticed some cracks on the spoiler wing of the car. I hadn't been in any accidents or had anything fall on the car so I wasnt sure how those had gotten there. Around that time, I had received a message from Ulises letting me know that registration and title were ready for pick up. Ulises was not there that day as discussed but I did mention the cracks to Tony and he had Renee LaFiura the GM look them over. She had Randal Ellis the Service Manager also take a look at them. They turned out to be stress cracks. After looking into this, they confirmed that having this fixed would be covered under the warranty so after two months of going back and forth with Renee and the service team on having the part ordered and shcheduling my appointment, the day finally came to drop off my vehicle. It was a busy day and Randal was asssiting with checking in customers. We ran into the technician who I believe worked on my car, John Vita who mentioned he had an appointment that same day and wanted me to come in the next day. I worked my schedule to drop off that day so I appreciate him for getting the work in before he left for the day. The car was returned to me that same evening, washed and with my new rear roof window spoiler wing. I want to thank everyone who's made this process effortless and effective. My partner and his brother were left with great feelings about this establishment and the process of purchasing a vehicle here as well. Especially after accompanying me to other dealerships that did not have this level of service and warmth. Thank you again to the Nutley Kia family.
