A simple 20,000 mile inspection resulted in having to return rwice. Once shortly after leaving, an then the next day, as well. When I dropped the car I told him the Copland light came on just the day before. Paul told they check that during the inspection. I asked him to make a note of it on the order. He did not. Shortly after leaving the check engine light came on. I immediately returned. He lifted the hood and discovered a loose oil filler cap. He screwed it on properly and told me ' that happens a lot,' ( REALLY?ñ Just before arriving home the coolant light reappeared. Obviously it was not checked, nor did the tech know about the previous light because it wasn't documented on the work order, and the tech performance was sub par. More
